At Crax, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and within the return window
2. Return Window
Returns must be done within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photo/video proof (if applicable)

5. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be credited within 3–7 business days. Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Return Shipping
In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We will provide the return address once your request is approved.
